As a dating coach, I will help you to gain clarity and confidence around dating, close the chapter on painful past relationships, raise your self-esteem, and help you to find that special someone to share your life with.
My dating coaching is proactive, science-based, solution-focused, compassionate, non-judgmental and uplifting.
I help whether you’re looking to marry, cohabit or live separately, and either have children, want (more) children, or want to remain child-free.
I frequently work with men and women who have been single for many years, some are in their 20s or 30s, others are in their 40s or 50s (some are older).
Other clients have been dating or in relationships but sense that the relationships have never quite been right for them and they want to be more thoughtful and decisive about their choices going forward.
Perhaps, like many of my dating coaching clients, you feel insecure due to negative past relationship experiences, where you’ve been cheated on, or abused, or felt undervalued.
As your dating coach I will help you to make better dating decisions so that you’re conserving your time and energy, and protecting your self-worth.
I will help you to remove psychological barriers, stop sabotaging yourself and your dating and relationship goals, and instead make consistent progress towards them and have a more positive journey along the way.
I will also offer practical advice on dating online and offline.
Some of my dating coaching clients have low self-esteem or low confidence or experience anxiety around dating/relationships. I usually help them in 3-5 sessions. Ultimately, the goal is to help you find your Mr or Miss Right, and do so quickly and fairly effortlessly.
Before you start I will provide you with a questionnaire so that you can give me a brief overview of your situation and what you want to achieve through coaching, plus specific instructions on how to get the most out of each coaching session and the coaching journey.
You’ll set the agenda for your sessions. To help you quickly, I will use a combination of skillful questioning, sharing expert insights into your unique situation, using my intuition, and suggesting tasks/strategies that will help you to make quick progress. You will only undertake exercises you’re happy to utilise to help you achieve your dating and relationship goals; they’re usually easy and sometimes fun.
