As a dating coach I will help you to get out of your own way so that you can confidently find the man or woman you are looking for. My dating coaching will suit you whether you wish to find ‘the one’ to marry or have a life-long partnership with, with or without cohabiting, whether you have children, want (more) children, or want to remain child-free.
I frequently work with dating coaching clients who have been single for many years, some are in their 20s or 30s, others are in their 40s or 50s (some are older).
My dating coaching helps if you really want to share your life with someone, feel lost in the dating game, feel worried about finding someone, want to become more confident in your dating decisions and make better dating decisions overall so that you’re not draining your energy and knocking your confidence and self-worth unnecessarily. Ultimately, the goal is to help you find your Mr or Mrs/Miss Right, and do so quickly and fairly effortlessly.
As a dating coach, I will help you to remove psychological barriers, stop sabotaging yourself and your dating and relationship goals, and instead make consistent progress towards them and have a more positive journey on the way. I’ll offer practical advice, too, with regards to dating online and offline.
Some of my dating coaching clients have low self-esteem or low confidence or experience anxiety around dating and/or relationships. I usually help them in 3-5 sessions.
