As a dating coach, clients typically come to me because they want to find ‘the one’, whether they wish to marry or not, want to cohabit or live separately, and either have children, want (more) children, or want to remain child-free.
As your dating coach, I will help you to close the chapter on painful past relationships, gain clarity and confidence around dating, raise your self-esteem, and find love and romance.
I frequently work with clients who have been single for many years, some are in their 20s or 30s, others are in their 40s or 50s (some are older).
My dating coaching helps if you want to share your life with someone, feel lost in the dating game, feel worried about finding your special someone, want to become more confident in your dating decisions, and wish to make better dating decisions overall so that you’re not draining your energy and knocking your confidence and self-worth.
As your dating coach, I will help you to remove psychological barriers and stop sabotaging yourself and your dating and relationship goals, and instead preserve your energy and resilience, make consistent progress towards your goals, and have a more enjoyable journey along the way. I’ll also offer practical advice on dating, online and offline.
Some of my dating coaching clients have low self-esteem or low confidence or experience anxiety around dating/relationships, so you are not alone if you fall into this category. I usually help dating clients in 3-5 sessions. Ultimately, the goal is to help you find your Mr or Miss Right, and do so quickly and fairly effortlessly.
I tend to see clients Tuesdays to Fridays, 10am to 7pm (UK time) to accommodate most time zones.
Before you start I will provide you with a questionnaire so that you can give me a brief overview of your situation and what you want to achieve through coaching, plus specific instructions on how to get the most out of each coaching session and the coaching journey.
My dating coaching is proactive, science-based, solution-focused, compassionate, non-judgmental and uplifting.
You’ll set the agenda for your sessions. To help you quickly, I will use a combination of skillful questioning, sharing expert insights into your unique situation, using my intuition, and suggesting tasks/strategies that will help you to make quick progress. You will only undertake exercises you’re happy to utilise to help you achieve your dating and relationship goals; they’re usually easy and sometimes fun.
