Thank you for being here. My name is Sam Owen and I am the published author of Happy Relationships, amongst other books. As your dating coach I will help you to find the love you are looking for, whether you wish to marry or not; cohabit or live separately; have children; want (more) children; or want to remain child-free. We’ll work together to resolve all psychological and practical barriers standing in your way, both those you’re already aware of and those you haven’t recognised.
Working together through dating coaching I will help you to gain clarity on your true dating goals, create the confidence for dating, raise your self-esteem if need be, increase your self-awareness significantly, close the chapter on painful past relationships, own your worth boldly, and find love and romance.
The dating coaching sessions will feel relaxed, safe, and empowering, and it will be as though we’re just two nice people having a conversation, except these conversations will help you to find romantic love, hopefully for life.
And to help you achieve your dating goals by looking inwards and what you need to do differently to finally achieve them, I use an integrated approach that combines coaching techniques, counselling skills, and scientific research from areas such as neuropsychology, behavioural psychology and cognitive psychology…and it works. Plus, it works much more effortlessly, effectively and quicker than traditional therapies.

How It Works
I help most clients to achieve their coaching goals in just 2-6 sessions, results you’d usually achieve after a much lengthier counselling/therapy program, thereby saving you time and money (testimonials here).
My goal has always been to help my clients in as few sessions as possible, in a positive, uplifting environment.
To achieve this I use a science-based, solution-focused, and goal-focused approach that is compassionate, empowering, non-judgemental, and intuitive.
I tend to see clients Tuesdays to Fridays, 9am to 7pm (UK time) to accommodate most time zones.

How Coaching Sessions Flow
You’ll steer the conversation as you will naturally lead the discussion to exactly where it needs to go; and I will help all along the way.
To help you achieve your coaching goals in as few sessions as possible, I will use skillful questions, share expert and intuitive insights into your unique situation, and suggest tasks/strategies that will help you to make quick progress.
These simple exercises will be a crucial part of your coaching journey and you’ll only do exercises that you’re happy to do that will help you to achieve your goals. And they’re usually easy and sometimes fun too!
