Your Relationship with Your Partner
If you feel like you need to gain or regain:
…then I can help you.
Whether you’ve hit a rocky patch in your relationship or whether it’s make or break time, relationship coaching will provide a positive environment in which you can explore and grow. Whether you attend alone or as a couple your investment in your relationship will improve your life indefinitely.
Your Relationship with Your Family (Children, Parents, Siblings)
Your family are, in most cases, the closest people to you. There is a reason for the saying, “blood is thicker than water”. Whether you keep them at arm’s length or not, that bond will always be there in one form or another. When the relationships don’t gel or things go outright sour, you can find it difficult to feel fulfilled and you can often feel dejected, rejected, depressed, lost and lonely. When cracks appear it can be a very stressful time. After all they are your family and nothing is going to change that.
If your family is important to you and you have come here looking for help then you have made the most important first step. To improve your:
…speak to Sam Owen.
She comes from a family of two parents with five children, four of which are married bringing three in-laws, a husband two nieces and one nephew. Yep, that’s one big family of 14 members with many dynamics! Furthermore, she married someone from a different culture and has built loving solid relationships with, as she calls it, her Welsh family too!
As you can imagine, Sam Owen has a lot of experience and knowledge in this area to help you build and maintain the superb family relationships you deserve too.
Your Relationship with Your Friends
For some people their friends are like their family and in some instances their only “family”. If your friendships have become distant due to broken communication, misunderstandings or mistrust then you can be left feeling down, confused and hurt.
If you have a friend who is one of the dearest people to you and for whatever reason your relationship has gone awry then here are some reasons to get your true friendships back into your life:
‘True friendship is like sound health; the value of it is seldom known until it be lost.’
– Charles Caleb Colton
‘It’s the friends you can call up at 4:00 a.m. that matter.’
– Marlene Dietrich
‘Perhaps the most delightful friendships are those in which there is much agreement, much disputation, and yet more personal liking.’
– George Eliot
Your Relationship with Yourself
The relationship you have with yourself determines the relationship you have with others. If you cannot like yourself and be at peace with yourself, why would anyone else?
You deserve to be loved by yourself and others and you deserve to be a success in all areas of your life and that includes your relationship with you. If you do not currently have a good relationship with yourself you will be finding it difficult to achieve everything else that you want out of life.
If that rings true for you and if you would like help with the following:
…then I can help you find inner peace, strength and joy.
‘Friendship with oneself is all-important because without it one cannot be friends with anyone else in the world.’
– Eleanor Roosevelt

A Little About Me
I am a relationship coach, psychologist and author, and make frequent appearances as a relationship expert and psychologist, particularly for the BBC. I love to help people in an uplifting, solution-focused way. I use a combination of neuropsychology, behavioural psychology, coaching techniques, counselling skills and modern research…and it works! I love helping clients in as few sessions as possible, and demonstrate time and time again that even big long-standing problems can be resolved in a relatively short space of time.
