Relationships Coach

As a relationships coach I help my clients to improve their relationships with themselves and others, quickly. For 11 years I have used relationship coaching to help people with their relationships, dating, break-ups, self-esteem, mental health, and life-direction, with clients in the UK and mainland Europe, America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. I use a science-based, solution-focused and goal-focused approach where I integrate research, coaching techniques and counselling skills to help my clients identify and overcome the challenges they’re facing in their relationships and/or life.

As your relationship coach I will listen carefully, share insights compassionately, and give you simple, highly effective strategies that will help you to achieve your relationship goals, mental health goals, and life goals. I will help you to change how you feel about yourself, change how you view your challenges, and help you to adopt new skills and habits that serve your goals and happiness. We will usually cover a lot of ground in each coaching session and then you will make even more progress on your goals in between sessions. My relationships coaching style is warm, uplifting, and results-driven, and offers value for time and money. Many of my clients start transforming their lives after just one or two sessions.
