Life Coach Manchester: Results Driven Coaching

As a life coach in Manchester/Cheshire, I help people who, probably like yourself, want a proactive and solution-focused approach so they can overcome issues that are preventing them from being happy, healthy and/or successful.

I help most of my clients in 2-6 sessions. The vast majority. And that’s to overcome long-standing, chronic issues where you would ordinarily have to have a much lengthier counselling programme.

As a relationships, mental health, and life coach, I help those who want a confidential safe space, professional insights, and practical solutions, to make sense of aspects of their life that they are dissatisfied with.

Key ares I help with are:

So, for example, your goals might be:

  • to decide on whether you want to stay with your partner or start afresh,
  • to get over a painful divorce,
  • to improve your confidence in your personal and/or professional life,
  • to have the courage to pursue a different career or your passion,
  • to save your marriage and family,
  • to overcome depression and get off antidepressants,
  • to find your Mr or Miss Right,
  • or to resolve debilitating anxiety and get off anxiolytics.

Sometimes, speaking to friends and family and/or reading information helps only so much. Life coaching clients will often say the same to me about the counselling/psychotherapy they’ve had, hence why they have contacted me. Here you can view some of my coaching clients’ testimonials.

More Reasons for Seeing a Life Coach in Manchester

As a life coach in Manchester, and on Skype video, I am compassionate, I listen carefully, assess intuitively, share expert insights with you, and show you practical steps for you to reach your goals, and beyond.

Clients usually achieve quick and lasting changes. The ‘lasting changes’ bit is important as you want to know coaching is going to be a worthwhile investment of your time and money. You also want to know that you are going to resolve your issues and become happy and healthy as a result.

Coaching is an empowering process whereas some clients who’ve done counselling have said they found counselling to be negative or too problem-focused or too past-focused.

As a relationships and life coach, my approach combines scientific research from various disciplines (e.g. neuroscience, behavioural psychology, cognitive psychology) and counselling skills and coaching techniques. I help coaching clients to become unstuck, gain clarity, feel in control and take action easily in the direction of the goals they came to me to achieve.

During coaching sessions, you steer the agenda, it’s your time to explore what you feel is important to discuss. This will allow me to gain significant insights that will help me to work out the rest of the ‘puzzle’ myself and thus know what I need to do to help you create quick and lasting changes and achieve your goals.

During most if not all sessions, we’ll agree on one or multiple tasks/strategies for you to utilise in order to move you closer towards your goals and eventually achieve your objectives. You only do the tasks you are happy to undertake, and they are often fun and usually easy.

Before coaching begins, I will give you a guide to show you how to get the most out of coaching sessions and the coaching journey as a whole. You’re in good hands.

As a reminder, I help most of my clients to achieve their coaching goals in just 2-6 sessions, even the most severe cases. I love helping my clients and I will commit wholeheartedly to your progress.
